Today, Emerson goes in for a Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (aka FEES) to see if we can figure out why he can't consume liquids without aspirating them into his airway. A full update will be on his blog this week.
I really hope we can get some answers from this evaluation. The past year has been understanding and maintenance but no real solutions.
