But boy it was good! Bananas Foster prepared by a student at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute's soon-to-be closing L'Ecole Restaurant. The school can't afford to continue losing money on its student-run restaurant just because folks no longer eat 3 and 4 course meals, replete with an amuse bouche, intermezzo and dessert. It was delicious and certainly will be missed.
